The MDA Live Ride is a Harley Owners Group supported charity ride.  To participate, you buy a Packet for $50 at one of the participating Harley Davidson dealers. Then, the more pledges that you get, the more chances you have to win prizes – the largest being a Harley Davidson Motorcycle!  The ride is broadcast live over the radio.  Check out this link to learn more about this annual ride:  http://www.mdaliveride.com/  If you have any other questions about this event, give me a call @ 892-8791.  This is a great way to support a charity where the funds help those in our own state.

A group from our chapter will be riding together as follows:

The MDA Live Ride will meet at Denali Harley Davidson in Wasilla at 09:00 am on Saturday July 17 and depart at 10:00 AM.  We will leave DHD and take Hyer Road to the Parks Highway on to the Glenn Highway, into Anchorage, Left on Gamble St and straight out the Seward Highway to our first stop at the Essential gas station for gas and a break. Then we continue on the Seward Highway through Portage and up and over Trunagain Pass and on to our second stop at the lookout just before the Hope cutoff. Take pic’s and whatever. Continue on down the highway to Kenai Peninsula Harley Davidson.

Hopefully we will have enough riders to warrant having a MDA sign in at DHD; if not we will have to sign in at the church in Anchorage at 1301 W 100th Ave.
